Noise

When silence is noise

it gives living a voice.

If you get lost in your head

you know your not dead.

When noise interferes

and your head isn't here

then living's unclear

and your dying with fear.

If noise sings a song

you could be living for long

there could be love, could be strong.

When noise is a young one

alarm over unknown

can take your serenity

can make you come undone.

When noise from a box

goes along with your head

but keeps you from bed

you will wake and feel like a lead

head.

To much noise causes loss

may not hear your name tossed.

Is yourself to blame?

Or does your world

need to be tamed?

When noise is a scream

could be someone mean

could be you having a dream

do you know what it means?

When noise is a moan

and your alone with your lust

are you living with trust?

May not even be home

are you satisfied

to the bone?

If noise is too much

change can come with a fuss

but life isn't a bust

it's just tasty pie

crust.

If noise, or not, gives you meaning

it can clarify dreaming

just avoid all the screaming

then you may get it

life's meaning.

Trying to enjoy all the rattle

and chatter and babble?

then the silence for sure

will cause your brain to unravel.
